I decided that I officially LOVE being married and I LOVE MY HUBBY! Two nights ago I came home to a huge surprise!!! A YORKIE!! Now for anyone who knows me and has been around I have wanted a yorkie for a few YEARS now (and for someone as indecisive and easily amused as I am...it takes a lot to want anything for that long).
Adrian called him my belated Valentine's day gift. He has been the easiest little think to have around..I still think Koda (whom we have had for 2 years now) takes a lot more training than this little guy. :) I AM SO EXCITED!! And I have also learned that I am DEFINATELY not ready to jump on the baby-having band wagon. A Puppy is enough for me for a few years at least.

The first week of Feburary, Adrian and I went to Maui with Kenny and my parents. And Let me tell you what....Hawaii is always fun and it NEVER gets old. I love that place. I think I may have Adrian buy me a place there someday..anyone want to visit in 30 years?

WE ARE ARTISTS!!! I keep looking around and seeing all this art I want in my house and then I decided that they charge a ridiculous amount for something we could paint...so we did just that...we bought some canvas and used the house paint we already have on our walls and made some crazy easy abstract art! It was a million times cheaper and had my exact colors. We still have to get them stretched and add a touch here or there and make it into two 6'x2' canvas paintings... but overall I am totally excited...I love being established. our house is still a work in progress but I like playing around with new things.

Being Neighborly

This year we decided to be nice and actually deliver our neighbor Christmas gifts...Adrian was so proud he had me take some pics..It was easy, messy, and fun to make. Plus they look cool. Last year we made all these gifts but never had the time to give them out (I am not going to lie..I still have a couple in my pantry..from this year.. that we didn't get out but ONLY a couple..so if anyone is desperate for chocolate/caramel mixed with a little pretzel you know who to come to:)).

I know I never blog...I just got back from Hawaii and was loading pics and saw that I have a few pics I took to blog and NEVER DID IT...imagine that!! At the time I didn't realize but I was looking through and I am totally proud of my christmas tree!!!

Christmas was awesome this year...everyone come home!!! We even had Adrian's mom come and stay the week before. He made her a lobster dinner that was OH SO GOOD!
It was great to have his mom here. Adrian was on his best behavior to show off for his mom..i felt like we were dating again..it was a blast. He cooked and cleaned..I think she should come more often :)

FINALLY!!! We have been in our house for over a year now and we just finally got new couches...as good as the random ones we scrounged up were....i am so excited....my house is finally coming along and is almost a home...few things are cooler!! I know it is silly to be so excited...but we have been stalking these couches for months hoping no one would buy them...they went on sale...we got an amazing deal..now if i could just keep my pets away from them ;)

Nace came up and we went to pick pumpkins!!! I think I was mored excited than the kids.. I LOVE FALL! Even Dad had fun..regardless of what he claims..

This Summer we have done nothing but complained about out yard and that we have not yet done it. Of course we could have actually gotten up and worked but why when you have friends with big toys...My boss got sick of hearing about it...in 2 hours he completely leveled my yard weeds and all (a hole for the pond included) with his big red tractor..and i think he even had fun doing it!! I love my BOSS!

Not that now it is done by any means....but ready for sod and I didn't have to weed at all. Now here is what he have been doing instead of our yard work... and let me tell you what! Dad's new Rzor is Stellar!!! They are way cooler than traditional 4-wheelers. Everyone should have one...

Being from Idaho one would think I have done this before....not so true! Last night our office and a bunch of friends got together and shot each other with paint. Apparently they say that this is a riot. So of course...not willing to be the wanny of the group I went along. AND HOLY COW WAS IT FUN!!!! I dont know what it is about it..the violence...the stress relief..attacking people that dont even know you are there...but whatever it is....I can see why so many people do it. (I will say I had Adrian on my team the whole time...I am not sure I am okay with him shooting me...so he was smart enough to be on my side :P). Anywho....I was totally stoked and shooting people is wicked fun/SCARY. Have a good one...I am going to walk my dog.

I know I said I was going to become a Blogging Machine...but i have no kids to talk about ....

Howdy!!! I am back and running in the blogging scene. Maybe it is the summer...but it makes me want to be social. So, HELLO all. Lately I have been constantly watching the ads hoping for some stellar home improvement /decorating /landscaping /anything and everything else deals. I want it all and I want it all now...This new house is a great test in budgeting and patience. I will be happy if we get as far as grass this year much less trees and flowers. I sure do LOVE having a house though...few things have been more fun/scary/exciting/and MINE! Something about having a house with the one you love just rings PERFECT! well...perfectish...i could use $$ to put into the house but that goes back to the patience thing. Anywho...while all ya all are playing with kids and being mothers...I am debating where to put shrubs. I will take some pics and we can have a vote on where to put the flower beds!!!! Who wants to design my yard? Then we have a BBQ and put it together:) By the way..we bought a BBQ....best decision ever!! I love it. It makes home more like HOME. I love growing up!!! Howdy, I have decided to try this blog thing. Thus, this post is done all by myself (Adrian has been doing it every time). This one happens to be my second first post...I guess you never push the back button when previewing the stinkin blog. Anywho..now that I am ready and on my way to blog expertise...WE ARE GOING TO CALI. These pics are what you see out of my mother-in-laws front window. So we decided to get out of the cold for a bit (even though it is spring...i forget how cold IF is) and suprise his mom for her 50th!

Between that and tri-tip (which i guess you can't get in IF) Adrian is completely excited. Besdies, he is trying to talk me into living in Fresno..he thinks views like this garden of eden will talk me into it. (and he just may be right..if not at least I get all these trips to "talk me into it"). HAHA. ANYONE WANT TO MOVE TO CALIFORNIA??!?! I will give you 2-3 years or so and we will talk you into it. love you all!!! michelle

Trevor Hall, Chris Steele, and Graphic Design

Hey FAM!!!!
We just got back from SLC a few days ago. It was a great trip of Park City, shoppin, trying new restaraunts, and best of all, hearing a new musician, Trevor Hall & Chris Steele. They were awesome! We originally went to go see Colbie Caillat... but she was dissapointing... We actually left 3 songs into it. Here is a tast of Trevor Hall and Chris Steele... watch it all the way through, it is kind of long, but Chris Steele (the drummer get WAY into it)...

Also, some news, I (adrian) am doing a graphic design company... Xeoen Design. I'll be doing it part time among with a full time job at Quest and then when summer starts, part time at ISU. As for my lovely wife, her career is doing well. She just got a raise at Dr. Ellis (if that's how you spell it), and moved up to four days there as well. Poor Dr. Z... he's missing out on an awesome RDH.

Speeking of dental.. I just got my wisdom teeth taken out a week and a half ago. Let me tell you, that was an AWESOME procedure! the thing that sucks about the internet is that it's hard to emphisize sarcasim... Well, anyways, it's all done and over with, so I am definatly glad about that.

Also, it sounds like we'll be going to Cali for about 10 or so days here in March (my training for Qwest doesn't start until mid March. So, we're excited for that! We'll post up pictures from our time out there. You know... I almost wish we had a kid or one on the way JUST so we had more to say.... ALMOST!!! With that being said, until next post!

The First Blog!!!

Well, here's the layout of the story... I (being Adrian) was playing Xbox with Jarem when she (being Michelle) offered me a challenge to make our little family of 2 (four if you include the animales) a blog. She first started off about how Trish asked her fiance about what she should do while he spent many hours with a headset on and a controller in his hand. He made the mistake by offering her the opportunity to make a blog. Somehow, my lovely wife caught wind of this concept and took off with it. Now, long story short, we have joined the blogging club. I'm not exactly sure what we're supposed to write in these things, yet I'm sure you will see plenty of pictures in here. Blog you all later!
